The Roaya Humanitarian Foundation is implementing a project to distribute hundreds of winter blankets to support affected families in the southern Gaza Strip. Allah the Almighty says: "And whatever good you put forward for yourselves – you will find it with Allah." [Al-Baqarah: 110]
Amid the severe cold wave sweeping across the Gaza Strip this winter, the Roaya Humanitarian Foundation announced the launch of a project to distribute hundreds of winter blankets to benefit affected families living in camps and temporary shelters in the southern Gaza Strip. This initiative aims to provide a minimum level of warmth and protection for children and families facing difficult living conditions.
This intervention is part of the foundation’s ongoing emergency response programs designed to reach the most affected and underserved communities. It reflects the spirit of the saying of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him): “Whoever alleviates the hardship of a believer in this world, Allah will alleviate his hardship on the Day of Judgment.” — Sahih Muslim.
The foundation stated that its field teams have continued to work tirelessly in the hardest-hit areas of southern Gaza, ensuring that aid reaches families who lack even the most basic necessities amid the escalating humanitarian crisis.
Roaya Humanitarian Foundation emphasized that this effort aims to strengthen the community’s resilience during the bitter cold of winter and builds upon its ongoing mission to deliver relief and support to marginalized and vulnerable populations.
The foundation extended its gratitude to all donors and supporters whose generosity made this initiative possible, reaffirming its commitment to serving those most in need—both within Gaza and beyond.
