Roaya Humanitarian Foundation Implements a Tent Distribution Project to Support Displaced Families
In light of the repercussions of recent weather depressions that caused significant damage to the tents of displaced families, accompanied by heavy rain and strong winds, Roaya Humanitarian Foundation implemented a Tent Distribution Project in response to urgent humanitarian needs, with the aim of providing temporary and safe shelter for affected families.
The implementation of this project comes after a large number of tents were damaged due to harsh weather conditions, which exacerbated the suffering of displaced families—particularly children and the elderly—given the lack of even the most basic protection against cold and rain.
The Foundation affirmed that this intervention falls within its ongoing efforts to alleviate the suffering of affected families and strengthen their resilience amid difficult humanitarian conditions, emphasizing the importance of rapid response to emergency needs resulting from harsh weather conditions.
Roaya Humanitarian Foundation continues to implement its relief and humanitarian programs across various sectors, driven by its humanitarian responsibility and its belief in the importance of standing alongside displaced families and supporting the most vulnerable groups
